2: HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order, enter the tracking number we've provided on our track and trace page. It may take 1-3 business days to see the status of your order after you have received the tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number from us, please send an email to Info@fjorra.com. We will then immediately notify you of your tracking number and the status of your order.
3: I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?
In this case, please send us an email to info@fjorra.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to correct the error afterward.
4: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Our team works hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Due to high demand, delivery times may be longer in some locations. Despite the high demand, your order should usually arrive within 8-14 working days after we have received your payment. 9: WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS USED IN YOUR SHOES?
Our barefoot shoes are crafted with precision and the highest-quality materials to ensure comfort and performance. Here are the key materials used in our footwear:
- Upper Material: We use premium polyester for the upper part of our barefoot shoes. This material provides durability and a comfortable fit.
- Sole Material: The sole of our shoes is made from organic rubber, offering excellent grip and flexibility.
- Winter Shoes: Our winter variants feature the same organic rubber sole for traction, but the inside is lined with a special insole material that combines EVA and cotton wool. This provides extra insulation and warmth during colder seasons.
10: WHAT IS THE PROPER CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SHOES?
- Remove Insoles and Laces: Take out any removable insoles and laces to clean separately.
- Prepare Cleaning Solution: Mix a small amount of mild detergent with warm water.
- Scrub Gently: Use a soft brush or cloth to scrub the shoes gently. Focus on dirty areas but avoid scrubbing too hard to prevent damaging the material.
- Rinse: Use clean water to rinse off the soap thoroughly.
- Dry: Stuff the shoes with newspaper or a towel to help them retain their shape and absorb moisture. Let them air dry in a well-ventilated area.
Cleaning Insoles and Laces
- Insoles: Wash insoles by hand using the same mild detergent solution. Rinse well and air dry.
- Laces: You can wash laces by hand or place them in a mesh bag and wash them in the machine on a gentle cycle.
To Avoid Damage, Please DO NOT:
- Machine-wash your barefoot shoes: Most barefoot shoes should not be washed in a washing machine as it can damage the materials and structure.
- Dry using direct sunlight: Never use direct heat sources (like a heater or dryer) to dry your shoes. Let them air dry naturally.
11: DO I NEED TO WEAR SOCKS?
It depends on what feels best for you. But to get the best experience of "Barefoot Shoes", going sockless is the way to go! Not wearing socks can enhance the barefoot experience and improve ground feel.
12: ARE YOUR SHOES WATERPROOF?
Some barefoot shoe models are waterproof and some are not. If you're unsure on the shoes' details, you may email our customer service support at info@fjorra.com
